Incredible since 24 hours earlier there were no leads what so ever on these two. In fact, no one was sure if it was one guy, a team, or multiple parties doing the shooting. I'm also not sure why the Phoenix mayor is beating his chest, the two were apprehended by Mesa's finest (and that's an oxymoron).
On 20/20 tonight, they talked to some guy who said that law enforcement may be considering that these 2 killers may have been having some sort of competition.
