I need summer tires and winter tires. When is the best time to buy? Winter tires in winter or winter tires in summer? vice versa for the summer tires.

any thoughts?

Anyone know of any sales on right now?

stocks will be the highest when you are in the right season. if you get your winters in around sept.. you might get a good deal. try Mytires. they are the cheapest the last time I checked.

For summer, I'd go Kuhmo MX or Yokohama ES100. For winter, Nordic IceTrac or anything Hankook.
