Ya, it's a kit plane... they really aren't that bad. They give you exact instructions and tons of plans to follow. Especially these days when you can now buy parts pre assembled for a little more. You save a ton of money and have the satisfaction of building it yourself. All you need is a few lessons on using some tools and a few years time, and voila, your own jet. And in the process of building the plane, you can also get your license.
edit: After looking at some of the construction pics, it's looks fairly difficult to build since it's entirely composite. I wouldn't do it myself either, as a small air bubble in the composite can cause you to break apart. Now, metal aluminum aircraft are not a problem. You just need to know how to rivet.
