Right now I have a team being entered in the 'B' Division South of the NCHL. So far we have somewhere around 15 players on our team and are looking to put 20 full time guys on the roster and two subs. We have a great goalie and the ages of our guys are between 22 and 30. Absolutely no goons or players of that nature permitted.
Ultimately I'd like to get two or three guys signed up to the team that are buddies and want to come out and have a good time on the ice and have the occasional pint with the team after.
You get 30 regular season games and playoffs, plus there is an all-star game at the saddledome during the season. One game a week and it is mid-week (no weekend games), ice times are between 9pm and 11pm. Half of all games are played at the same rink and ice time as that is our home ice, the rest are played in our division which will be primarily in South Calgary.
Cost will be around $400 which will include jerseys that we have to get custom made.
