Oh that poor retired zoo keeper! What a way to go! I think maybe death by leeches or some sort of burrowing, parasitic worm might be good for this guy.

Just as a side note, how responsible do you hold the parents? Equally? Or, do you cut them slack because they are dirt poor?

It's good that China is doing something about it at least.

A guy I know who works for the Red Cross and did some work in India was telling me how the same thing happens in India. Female tots and children are sold into indentured labour because the families are poor, It is technically illegal, but the government doesn't mind because of the economic benefits and palm greasing that goes on.

It's nice to hear these slimeballs are getting in the end what they deserve. Unlike here where if the same crime occured. They would after 5 years be put in minimal security prisons and go missing after given day passes.
