Export to a file. Easiest choice is to a Personal Folder File (*.PST)

yep, make a big pst file and send all your stuff there. Then copy to disc and import into your new mailbox

Don't know of a way to make all your email addys come with you unless you make them into a contact first.

The one thing when you get to the new job, copy the PST onto a hard drive or network drive, then change the properties and uncheck "read only" otherwise it won't open on the other end.

Also remember, if you are going to delete your mail, use shift+delete, that way if mail retention is turned on, they wont be able to retrieve your deleted items. And they can not restore individual mailboxes, its either the whole server or nothing.

Cheers

Wouldn't they be able to? I can see if he selected <Tools><Recover Deleted items> he can then use that function to premanently delete things.
