Selling my car

I'm trying to sell my car and am using the regular methods: Kijiji, Autotrader, signage, etc. I've been getting random calls from agencies looking to help me with this.

There are other threads, however, the only other thread that specifically mentions the company that has recently called me has been locked. (Empire)

I do not wish to have any negative or slanderous posts added to this thread and do not want to draw any negative attention to this board but I would like to know if anyone has any positive or negative feedback they can share through PM.

I have been told by this agency that they are a member of the BBB and are legitimate. They are asking for a $29/m listing/marketing fee.

I would appreciate any information you can share. PM if you require any information.

If you've read the other threads then you know that it's a total ripoff bordering on an outright scam.

I always laugh when those guys call. They get agressive sometimes which leads to hilarity.

I had my phone on kijiji as well as here, and I took the ad down a few days ago. Today I get an email asking how many phones I have for sale. I said none, because I sold it to a friend already.

He emails me back from a completely different address saying he will buy it through paypal etc... like... wtf? What a moron.
