Emails to cphl1 and the other league emails addresses are starting to get sloppy again. This does not mean our form emails, only emails started and addressed by you the GM.
From this point forward...<sigh>...if you do not adhere to these minimum standards your email will be tossed in File "G" to be forever lost.....we simply dont have the time to do your work for you.

How do I send an email?
When sending an email to any of these addresses we also need you as the GM to follow some protocols. It is VERY difficult when wading thru many emails to determine what team is sending the requests if you do NOT put your team name in the SUBJECT header. So from this point forward...no exceptions...all email addressed to the league without the team name and situation in the SUBJECT box will automatically be deleted. How to do this...simple...as follows:

Subject: Boston Bruins - Team Sponsorships
Message:
The Bruins would like to add the following Sponsors to our team:
Viagra - Cost $400,000
Hustler - Cost $50,000

You will notice in the above that ALL info is present...from sponsors to cost...and the fact that the Bruins GM is a pervert...but it allows the league to simply input the info without having to search for anything on the site.
Please when emailing the league about anything, provide ALL the info needed or we will simply ignore your email.
For the most part there is NEVER a need to send a general email to cphltrade as it is simply used for formwork...cphl1 is used for everything else.
