Can it be….yes… what…no…yeap.. the Flyers finally have a top line forward!
This team keeps getting sicker and sicker.

Coming to the city of brotherly love is star forward Olli Jokinen.
Heading to Tampa is one of the leagues best defensive defenseman in Steve Staios, Star prospect Marek Zagrapan and a monster defenceman in Boris Valabik.

“We gave up a lot to get Olli, but we think it will pay off in the long run. The Flyers organization is looking at him to lead the team in scoring next year. No pressure though. We wish all of the players heading to Tampa and the Tampa organization, the best of luck."

This was a deal Tampa had to make. Staois fills a hole and actually brings the defence up to a respectable level.

The arrival of Hejduk days ago will offset some of Jokinen's offense.

The future of this deal is exciting. Zagrapan has the potenital to be a special player with the NHL Sabres while Valabik was a highly touted frist round pick in the 2004 draft with Atlanta. He has some scouts comparing him to a young Chara.

Yah i desperately needed the offense. I think were 0-3-0 in the preseason so far. We've had a lot of trouble scoring.

The way things are going, I dont think i'll have too many prospects left after this offseason. I'll probably fall to 20th in next years future watch.

Even Steven deal.

Philly gets the best player right now and that can never be discounted. And he's young still.

T-bay gets good return though. Zagrapan will be one of the top 10 or even 5 prospects outside of the NHL this upcoming year so his value will go up. Staois fills a big hole for the Bolts and they also get some third guy that I don't know much about.
