The "Hamdog" and the "Luther," fine southern dining

Posting this for no particular reason . . . . .

Mulligan's Restaurant in Decateur, Georgia offers the "Hamdog" and a "Luther" on its menu . . . . . described in the Chicago Tribune as, respectively, "a half-pound of hamburger meat wrapped around a hot dog, which is deep-fried and served on a hoagie topped with chili, bacon and a fried egg," and "a half-pound burger served with bacon and cheese on a Krispy Kreme doughnut."

Am I the only one that thinks a glazed donut would be disgusting with beef? Maybe it's just me but a Krispy kreme donut alone makes me feel ill.

One warm KK is good, but the second one I eat (beacuse the first one was so good) always makes me regret eating it.
