GYMS in North Calgary

Hey everyone,Im interested in joining a gym to start working out more. I do alot of excercises at home but would like to find a gym to do more excercises,prefered in the North. Does anyone know what some good gyms are and their websites? that would be great..thanks.

I live in the NW so somewhere in the NW would be great....Northeast and maybe even far north is fine as well. Just not down in the south.

I had a membership at the YMCA in Crowfoot for a year and it's tiny compared to the University.

I just got a membership at Gold's and I'm having a blast. Mind you, I got a corporate rate... so that helps.

The one in the old Ikea? I have one there, but I've only made it a couple of times so far.

That's the one. I've gone four times already, and I've been going a week and a half... I've been a little lax but I'm rushing around trying to prepare for my brother's wedding, my convocation, and my vacation at the same time. I have an appointment with a personal trainer on Wednesday at 1, so I'll at least be going then. (You get one session free with the membership.) Hopefully once before then as well.
