I love Alice in Chains, but I can't help but hate anything Phil Anselmo these days.

Edit- I just finished watching, and they actually dedicated that to Layne Staley (which is fine), but to Dimebag as well?? I wonder what the real Pantera members have to say about that.

Well, I thought Phil sucked. Will was much better on Rooster. Of course it doesn't hurt to have Ann Wilson backing you up.

I thought he sucked as well. His voice just isn't the same anymore.

that really sucked. Its sad, but Alice in Chains are over. This whole reunion thing is pointless and detremental to their legacy.

Default it sucked?

You thought that sucked? wow, it's obviously no Layne singing but to put Phil up there with Alice In Chains (and Duff on bass) doing a kick a$$ song is pretty cool. No one said Alice In Chains would ever be even near as good with anyone other than Layne singing but I thought it was decent.

Sucked is far too harsh....

what once was, can never be again.

bands are forged by being poor and on the road together.

artificial creations... come off like whatever latest 'supergroup' comes along.

but we line up like lemmings for it, so whatever.

Didn't MJK sing for Alice n' Chains in a concert? Now that would be a sweet tour. However he will be touring on his Tool CD so you can't have your cake and eat it too. Unless Alice opens for TOOL!!!!!!!!! SWEET!
