I need some help from some local folk who would know where I could go to get a new rivet put in my pouch (framer) to replace one that popped out last week. I would attempt it myself but this pouch is made from about 3 cow hides and I'd need a special tool to get the rivet in through about 4 layers of the pouch.
I'm thinking maybe a saddle shop? Anyone have any ideas? I don't know of any other framers on here but this is cow-town so there must be some horseback riders.
How did I know you'd be the one to respond to this? I know I should have said tool belt instead of pouch! I guess just about any shoe repair company can do it, so it's no biggie. Lammle's on the other hand, who advertises themselves as a tack shop, can't. They'll sell you a saddle with tons of rivets in it, but they won't fix it.
