Can't start thread!

Hi. I was wondering why I couldn't start a thread in the Fire & Ice forum. I don't see it on any sticky. Could someone point me in the right direction?

You mean the sticky that says "Why can't I post a new thread?"?

Currently we have implemented a feature on the site that restricts users from creating threads until they have a certain post count. If you have a topic you'd like discussed please PM a Mod and we can start it for you.

You will not be able to start a new thread unless you either have 25 posts, or have been a registered user for two weeks.

I have 25 posts. Still can't start a new thread.

WHOOPS! Hit the wrong button, sorry, typically don't edit people's posts to reply.

The process to promote to the group that has full permissions isn't instant; it only runs so many times per day. It should happen soon, if it hasn't happened by tomorrow let me know.
