where do Japanese gameshow keep finding this ridiculously timid girls? She's probaly 18-22 and she's freaking out all over the place.

She was quite cute actually. Also, if you were at a place like that and a Polar bear came jumping toward you, glass or no glass you would be running.

Haha, I was just in Japan last month and this stuff is so prevalent on local TV and it still makes me smile.

As to where do they find these girls? Alot of them behave this way. It seems that many of the younger Japanese females behave in this very childish manner. Apparently its considered "sexy" as it implies being a child = innocent = still a virgin. It all seems rather pedophillic to me...

Yeah, that's the thing. This isn't a little girl crying. She's probably an adult. It is cute though but I feel sorry for the Polar Bear. That's pretty horrible.

I don't know if the Bear thinks she is a mate or a threat, or just food (she is wearing a stuffed white seal on her head). And he careens into the glass and everything. Looks like he hits pretty hard. Poor guy.

They play it up for the cameras. They seem to compete for "over the top" stuff here in Japan.
