Default Advice: Moving city to city

Sigh, well it's finally almost time. In the beginning of June I'll be moving from the great City of Calgary to Vancouver to take a higher position with my company. I've never made a move like this before and am just wondering what my fellow cp'ers recommend as far as a moving van rental company or just any experience making a move like this. Thanks in advance!

Check with the BBB before you choose anyone. That is huge.
Pack as much as you can yourself. When I moved long distance I let them pack my glasswear since they had better boes and packing for that but I did everything else. The mover said it saved me a bundle of $
