I post here as Daradon obviously. My real name to some of you that know me is Tyler Fish. I have just recently opened up a recording studio/record label with a collegue and friend of mine. His name is Mark Senicki and he is the producer of the recording studio.
For all of those who love music and are interested in making music I urge you to contact me and take a listen to our recording demos. With the advances in computers and recording technology we are able to offer a big sounding recording at a starving artists price. The proof is in the pudding. Mark has graduated from three courses from APRA finishing at the top of his class in all of them. He has produced tracks for several local bands, for his own band, and for an international magazine. He has had success both as an artist and a producer. He has a professional set up using some of the latest software and hardware, and a conducive studio area.
Myself, I have nine years of sales experience culminating with two years of outside corporate sales in which I have negotiated deals with Fortune 500 companies. I have the skills to get people noticed and get them great deals. Together we both have a great ear and love of music that we use to develop bands rather than just manage them. We both have contacts in the industry and we can help you not only get out there, but get noticed.
It is our desire to give small and up-coming bands and artists the audio and promotional tools they need to succeed in whatever context they desire. We offer free consultations (and we'll often pick up the beer
) We believe that while has Calgary has grown more metro, the scene and talent has ballooned, but the industry to service this talent has not. We hope to be that bridge.
Our studio prices are lower than any other prices in Calgary. We offer studio and professional production time at $25.00 per hour. We do not require you to be part of the label if you wish to take advantage of them. However there are many advantages to signing to the label that several bands have already taken advantage of. I will offer a 20% coupon/reduction to our studio fees for anyone who expresses interest and ultimately records with us before the end of this year (Dec 31st 2006) if they mention this thread ($20.00 per hour).
