Just thought I'd post up a quick note here for anyone who was unaware this was on. Peter Mansbridge is in Calgary, not Edmonton, hosting the CBC news for each of tonight and tomorrow. Brian Stewart has prepared a two part story of the current "boom" in Alberta and how this one is different than any of the others this province has ever experienced.

Hasn't been shown yet but they way they are talking up Alberta is definitely making me smile about my choice as to where to move. Greatest province in the country? Economically, there really isn't a question right now it seems.

yes! it's on right now. maybe for anyone that misses it, you might be able to catch it on cbc newsworld tomorrow, although that I'm not too sure about.

tomorrow night is supposed to focus on the labour shortage here, how that effects employers, and they're going to talk to the guy who has to "sell Alberta to the US".
