Anybody see the Brit Awards? Holy crap, Prince was back with The Revolution!! The first song is kinda slow from his new album but keep watching for Purple Rain and Let's Go Crazy with a Hendrix tribute ending. He totally upstaged all the other musicians and stars at the award show.

And there is actually drum solo too.

The man is talented, and no, he's not ready to fade away to playing the oldies casino circuit.

Maybe the last black man still playing and expanding upon the very genre black musicians invented. Not that it matters, but more power to him.

What the hell kind of guitar was he playing there? Looked like some kind of Stratocaster/Telecaster hybrid.

Oh, and Sheila E. is still lookin' good!

It's some other brand's copy/version of the Tele. He's always throwing his guitars or dropping them violently at the end of every show as his trademark though so maybe he destroys one every performance. Always makes me shudder when people do that to instruments at the end of shows.
