Default The incomparable Don Knotts, deat at 81

A true original. Barney Fife is the root of so many sitcom goofballs it's ridiculous. Heaven, if you believe in that sort of thing, is a happier place today.

I think the first show I ever watched and loved was the Andy Griffith Show. Knotts was amazing.

Three's Company is one of my all-time favourite TV shows, and Mr. Furley was the funniest guy around when I was six. To think he played an old man on that show, and it was made nearly thirty years ago.

R.I.P. Don Knotts.

What a loss I really enjoyed his humor, another great comedian gone. Loved him on the Andy Griffith Show and Three's Company, too bad to see him go.

I never watched the Andy Griffith Show, but I did watch a lot of Three's Company reruns.

Like habernac said, the facial expressions were halarious!
