Hey I'm looking for someone with some spare time to get involved with CP.
Specifically looking for someone with good design skills and some technical skills. Reggie brought up a good idea, to implement a CMS system for the front page, and was looking to use some software such as Joomla (
http://www.joomla.org/). Skinning isn't simply designing a page from scratch; it's taking existing software and learning its skinning scheme and using that.
So experience with a CMS would be great. It doesn't have to be Joomla but the CMS would have to be php/mysql and integration with vBulletin would be nice.
