Default Hawks Make Changes

Lastnight the Chicago Blackhawks sent Freddie Sjostrum, Henrik Zetterberg, Niko Kapanen and Chris Drury to the airport.

While we were there saying farewell, we picked up a magazine, a key ring shaped like Al Capone's head and 6 dollar latte. We needed something to do while waiting for the arrival flights from Nashville and New York.

The Nashville flight was the first in. Coming to Chicago to play the best hocky of his life is Patrick * I am not contagious* Elias. He has to be good to take the place of Henrik Zetterberg. It was a tough heart wrenching decision to send our beloved Henrik to Music City. He hates country. Sjostrom will be fine in Nashville. He has already got tickets to see Graceland.

Henrik will be deeply missed by the Hawks fans and GM. We have promised to drive the Preds GM even more insane than he already is, with our continual barrage of inquiries for Henrik. We are however very pleased to add Patty Elias to the Hawks lineup.

Another latte (Vanilla, Double shot, skinny) and another flight, this time welcoming Saku Koivu. GM Becky and Saku have a special bond. It is hoped that this bond will be a catalyst for Saku to play some extraordinary hockey in Chicago. Going to New York is Chris Drury, who had not yet unpacked his bags from the Island. He takes defensive specialist Niko Kapanen with him to the Big Apple.

Welcome to Chicago Saku Koivu and Patty Elias.

Nice moves Becky, this should help the Hawks get back in the thick of the Howe playoff picture.

Wowie Becky!

My two most hated CPHL players on one team!

1. Jussi Jokinen
2. Saku Koivu

If these moves don't work out I suggest blaming Axel.

Bad Axel.

Heck with that Syl, I am blaming you.

You ruined my Panthers. You traded my Turco to TIM, who will never ever loosen the death grip he has my poor Marty.

I am blaming you Syl

Yeah, no doubt, Turco and poor Hamhuis will be stuck playing Dungeons and Dragons in Tim's basement for the rest of their lives. At least Turco got that Russian stripper I sent him. Hence why he's had to miss a couple of games with some "Lower body sores".

LOL. Turco loves it in Ottawa.. he has no complaints.... He was just Glad to get away from SLy. who hates him for some unknown reason.... As For Hamhuis. He and his yacht are also enjoying time Canada's Captial.. Hamhuis is having his best season to date so far.

Oh and they dont stay in the Basment. They sleep on the boat...

He also despises Becky. She left the team in the hands of a madman. His exact words...

Well Syl, at least you saw to Turcos needs.

Tim, son, Turco and Hammy do not love it in Ottawa. They are simply gagged and chained up in the dungeon. Of course they don't complain, they can't talk .

Don't the rest of the league has not gotten those bottles with notes in them. Pleeeeeeaseee release meeeeeeeeeeeeeee, let me gooooooooooooooooo!! signed Marty and Hammy

Yeah, word of advice to anyone in this league.....Never use the Forecasters evaluation of players!!!! Arkhipov and Noranen.....man that deal couldn't be any worse now in hindsight.

Crazy CPHL ways though....I later traded Arkhipov for Afinogenov, which one would think would be a good trade based on where the two players are today......But Arkhipov is a 73OV player to Afinogenov's 70....Yikes everything I did there turned to poop.

Proof is in the Pudding Becky. Hamhuis is having an outstanding season and Turco is one of the best goalies in the league.

Both results of wanting to be Senators and Enjoying there time with the Franchise....

And Sly you must be mistaken about the bed and Chain thing. Thats one of the first things Turco was glad to get away from when he was Panther... You mad man of a GM you...

Yeah, I guess he didn't like that I would provide him with quality young ladies who would voluntarily handcuff themselves to bed posts while being scantily clad.

Having Dan Hamhuis handcuffed to him seems to tickle his fancy more....

Graham James got a lot out of his playes.....Thats where the proof is!!!!

Okay, thats enough of the bad taste comments for me today.
