Buffalo and Utah are going to make the biggest TDL splashes I think. Both are bidding to Thomas (and have the assets and urgency)

Yeah, I was shocked at how nasty St. Louis was actually, thought it would be nicer than it was. Buffalo is pretty nasty but Thomas being from southern Ontario would probably have him fairly comfortable with the region.
