To make the roster space they could just send Stromgren or Hunt down.
Of course a trade could also make space.

If it has nothing to with a trade they need to make sure they are not playing him on the 4th line like Stromgren or a Hunt would. Give him top 6 playing time.

Would have to be a fairly substantial (i.e. multi-player) blockbuster with other young talent because Gridin is all but untouchable.
