Icon55 Josh Dunne out 4-6 weeks with middle body injury

Quote:
Josh Dunne will be out 4-6 weeks with a middle-body injury, but Sabres coach Lindy Ruff said the forward does not need surgery. Dunne was playing and practicing through the injury and skated 7:13 in a 4-3 loss to the Florida Panthers on Monday.
So what is it? Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach or diarrhea??

Why are these no name players from other teams getting injury threads on CalgaryPuck?

The dreaded middle.body injury.

Is that from the nipples to the knees or more like belly button to the mid thigh region?

Time for someone to make the "Ongoing, league-wide injury updates" thread.

My guess is that this is SureLoss competitors diving on newswire items hoping to beat the maestro

You don’t see “middle body injury” very often. Or maybe I just haven’t been paying attention.

Again my friend? Appreciate your effort, honestly do. Please maybe start a thread for all NHL injuries and a lot of people might update it.

Maybe Conroy can trade Sylie to them for future considerations if they can’t replace him internally.

Honestly these injury threads are nothing and frankly the players are a bit soft and milking the system.

McDavid had all of these symptoms and more and not only recovered but played through them. Source: Gene Principe and Rogers Oilersnet.

Edit: meant to add that there’s lots of important parts between nipples and knees! Hope they get the middle body injuries figured out!

I'm still waiting to see how the NHL announces it if a player actually dies. Will they follow the usual procedure and call it an ‘out-of-body injury’?
