F'n sicko. plain and simple. There is no chance he tried to find them a home, with that kind of breed people would be coming in droves to buy those pups. Honestly, what a low-life. As stuckinchuck said, too bad it was only the wrist. Someone that can do something like that doesn't deserve to live. I don't care if thats harsh, thats my opinion.
