I find Habs fans to be passionate, whereas Winnipeg fans are entitled. And Pepsi has laid out a bunch of reasons they are a stupid team.

The worst thing you can say about Habs fans is that they show up when their team is in town. But in a way less obnoxious way than Oiler, Leaf or Jets fans. Canucks fans don’t do it because they are embarrassed to admit they support that garbage team.

I don’t see how having a lot of fans makes the Habs an annoying team.

People probably don’t want to acknowledge this but when they wax poetic on hockey being part of Canada’s cultural identity, or when people abroad think of the Canadian hockey fan or hear about their reputation, they’re all thinking/talking about Montreal fans, even if they don’t know it.

They’re really the best fans in the country in terms of passion and atmosphere.

Voted for MTL, but LAK are right behind them as far as I'm concerned. The fans were the difference.
