3. Graduates and/or runoffs will be determined in each case

It is Round 25 and we are well into long shot Territory.
Cicek is the only player on the list we can be confident will play some NHL games for the Flames. That said, I vote only for players under 20 going forward meaning my short list is:

I am going with Hunter Laing who comes from good stock, and might develop into a quality 4th line energy guy.
