Default BenQ CD Burners

Has anybody had any experience with BenQ CD-ROMs or burners?

Windows XP Pro doesnt like the CD burner thats in my niece's computer that I built for her and when I phoned LG's tech support they suggested I get a new one since XP doesnt support the one that's in there now.

Futureshop has a BenQ 52X 32X 52X CD-RW on sale and that's what I was going get for her computer if it's pretty good quality. I dont need anything fancy and just something that doesnt cost alot that'll do the job.

Thanks in advance

they're pretty good, I haven't had any trouble with my DVD burner (BenQ DL burner) and I have had it for over a year.
