Supplemental draft (opting in or out?)
As a reminder, any players drafted in the NHL draft that weren't selected in our draft, will be eligible to be drafted in the supplemental draft that will follow. This excludes overaged players.
This draft is largely intended to give asset weak teams an opportunity to build their prospect base a little. So teams that are strong from an asset POV are strongly encouraged to opt out. Players selected in this draft are also assigned to the ECHL roster.
Anyone that doesn't state they are opting "In" will be assumed to be "out".
Order will be snake - based on reverse regular season standings and will be done via a sticky thread on the forum over the course of the days that follow completion of the NHL draft. It is largely self managed by those participating with no time limit on picks, though GMs are encouraged to check throughout the day to keep it moving.
