Weird offseason. So few players testing the market.
Here's a player who's team openly spoke about trying to trade him and the offers not being good enough, and the player himself remarking that it seemed like it was over, still re-upping with that team.

So the big issue with Brock and the Canucks up until now was term. I think the rumour was Brock wanted the 8 and Canucks were offering 5. The dollars appear to not have changed.
