Agree on MIllen - good but can get caught up. He was on Kadri for a dive when it was obvious Kadri would have had a way better chance to make a good play without going down. One thing refs seem to understand that commentators and fans don't - a player going down when he has a great chance to make a play - usually not a dive. A player going down in a flail when he's been pretty much snuffed along the boards (see McDavid, Connor) - that's a dive.
