These probably get tougher to write after 4 straight losses, but thank you. It is very much appreciated. There is still lots of intrigue and excitement (IMO) with this team, the direction, the players etc…

As someone who wants this rebuild done properly with high draft picks (where the Flames can hopefully get their centres) this is exactly the sort of run they need to be on. No shortcuts.

Amazing how a four game skid changes the trajectory. Flames went from 2nd to 12th to 17th very quickly.
Now only 6 spots out of the Montreal safety zone.
Current 10th worst team is only one game under .500
|

Yup, 17th at the 10 game mark, and I would guess they'll be in the 20-25 area at the 20 game mark.
