No Coleman, must be giving him a bit of a rest.

Or he's being kept out of the lineup pending a trade.

Interesting no Pelts or Coronato. Decision on them is likely already made, or depends on Honzek at RW

I think Coronato would be nice with Zary and Backlund.

If I was betting, Honzek & Coronato get sent down; Pelletier stays.
Coronato will be back soon IMO.

This would be the least exciting outcome for fans
Also the most predictable.

I have zero issues with that if that's the case.
And by predictable you mean asset management based?

As long as Brz remains with the club I'm good with it though.

Looks like the have made the decisions on main roster. The only thing left is to see who gets 13th forward. My guess with barrie signing that d is set.

Winnipeg is sending a decent roster. Felt like last game we didn't send nearly enough talent.

Looks like Honzek is a placeholder for Coleman while allowing him to play a game with two smart players.

I didn't see that headline at all. Weird, guess it slipped by me.

Got to love a veteran-laden roster whilst in a rebuild when the main appeal of the club is around hope for the future.
Hope those call ups are much sooner than later (although that probably implies that we suck out of the gate)
At least the Wranglers will be fascinating to watch this season.

It's going to be a fun game tonight.
I really look forward to seeing the Huberdeau line again. I'm mostly interested in seeing Pospisil at center again, how he does on faceoffs, and how that line plays without the puck.
It's also nice to finally get a glimpse at Bahl - Andersson hopefully they start to develop some chemistry as I'm very intrigued by that pairing. I really liked Bahls play last game, I think Conroy found another good one.
Finally, seeing Backlund between two young players is always fun. It will be interesting, as I expect them to get some tough matchups tonight. I'm also curious to see how Honzek does on his off-wing.

I hope that Huby line can work because I'm pretty ####ing tired of how the lines have been in a blender to get him going since he arrived.
Some consistency and chemistry within groupings would be welcomed.

Yes, damn them for trying to field a roster in the hopes of being at least mildly competitive night in and night out.
