I'd add Carter Bear to that list.

Lets face it we're not likely getting the next Gretzky with any of our picks.
For me, all natural centers with a mix of offensive talent, skating and jam to their game.
Brady Martin
Eric Nilson
Ethan Czata

Brady Martin for sure if he is there. I think he could be a modern day Michael Peca. I think he will be gone by 18 though considering how he elevated his game in the second half of the season.
I'm going to go with Cootes, Nesbitt, and Behm, or maybe Epperson.

Reschny or cootes- pick one
Zonnon or gastrin- pick 2
Wang or horcoff. Second round
Reschny, cootes, martin, mrtka, lakovic could easily be gone. Bear is on my no draft until injury assessment.
Get another second would be willing to chance ryabkin but not our firsts.
Reschny, zonnon, horcoff, i am a happy camper.

I see Brady Martin going top 10 in most mock drafts so not sure why anyone thinks he is going to be there at 18?

Martin is likely gone before 18.
So realistically, at 18 I’d like Reschny / Cootes / Bear

First Line Centre

Reschney
Ryabkin
Behm
Another solid shot in the arm to the skill level of the prospect base. If we arent going to be picking high, I would like us to take skill picks (no size over skill picks like Horcoff or Nesbitt) in hopes of landing an eventual top line center outside of the top 10.

Just for sh*ts and giggles, I’m putting down a size and snarl package:
Nesbitt/Bear
Horcoff
Czata
Then in round three, we take C Teddy Mutryn.

Kindel
Ryabkin - The guy outscored both Demidov and Michkov at the same age.

I have to say your write up on Mutryn is intriggggggging. If they blew the second on him im probably good with it.

I hope the Flames swing for the fences with one of the BCHL boys(Loranger, Dach) in round 5.

Shouldn't we have like pick 48 or something, not 52?

Apparently it's 57 not 52. Anyway, the Flames don't have their own second, they have Colorado's.
