Default Sergei Berezin Passes Away
Only 52. Since I live in Ontario, I remember him with the Leafs very well. Also had stints in Phoenix, Montreal, Chicago, and Washington.

That's a name I haven't heard in awhile! Some of my first memories of watching HNIC were him playing for the Leafs. RIP.

He was great at his peak. I always traded for him on earlier versions of EA Sports NHL games on PS2.

Wow. I haven’t read the article but remember him well during the Sundin days. Had a great shot but sometimes wouldn’t shoot.
