[News] Kraken to hire Dan Bylsma as new head coach

#SeaKraken    set to introduce 2009 Stanley Cup winning coach Dan Bylsma as their second head coach on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Bylsma’s @Firebirds will open the Calder Cup Western Conference Final against @mkeadmirals.

Bylsma went 7 full seasons between NHL head coaching gigs.

Not surprising considering the success he has had with Coachella Valley.

It's interesting they're doing this in the middle of the AHL playoffs, but they have had 10 days off since the previous round ended, so I guess he had time to negotiate.

I understand they swept their most recent opponent but this is the most AHL'y thing I have heard all day.

I wonder that, also. It seems like he probably should though this is kind of unprecedented.
