Business Law Firm Suggestions

Hi All,

Figured I would tap into CPs hivemind and look for some suggestions for a law firm that has experience with business purchases, business law/contracts, etc.

Background,

I am being offered a buy in as an owner at the company I work with, and I need representation as I move through the process to ensure that I am covering may bases in the negotiation and final purchasing contract.

I also want to make sure that my interests are protected as an owner in the future as well and need advice on some structuring of the deal.

If anyone has any suggestions of places they have had a positive experience doing this at a reasonable (I am not looking for a bargain, I am looking for value ie. I am not going to need to be disputing hours in the future because the firm is wasting time).

Any suggestions would be amazing.
