The previous injury had Markstrom turn from a .898 goalie into a .937 goalie. When he returns, I see some shut outs coming.
Hopefully Markstrom's back soon because he has been great. It's a good opportunity for both Wolf and Vladar.

So what you're saying is we should prepare for some .976 goalie-ing when he returns this time.

Yep, I see 2 points I draw a line lol.
Markstrom
Oct .901sv%, 2.88GAA
Nov .894sv%, 2.98GAA
Dec .921sv%, 2.20GAA
Jan .941sv%, 2.02GAA
Markstrom and the D shaved an entire goal against per game from the start of the season.

Ffs. Puts a damper on our hopes.
We need big time performances from wolfie and vader this week.
Imo need wins in 2/3.
Next week the same thing or better since the opponents are worse.

I believe in the Jays.
That's a shame. I ragged on him pretty hard earlier in the year but he's really turned stuff around lately.

Damn it, this really sucks. Markstrom has been playing out of his mind since he came back from his finger injury and a big reason why the Flames are back in the race.

Yeah...he's just taking some time off to charge.
He's got like a Borg Terminal in the basement of the Saddledome.

Will be interesting if it's a week or so ...
He's been masking a lot of deficiencies of late.
