He just made another $3.25 million for lacing up his skates and stepping on the ice for the 10th time. He has the same number of points that I do.

Whatever amount that bonus puts them over the cap at end of the year carries to next year. And since they have no cap space, that's pretty much all of it as Broberg and Holloway also earned bonuses that will carry over.
