What are you trying to accomplish?
What situations are you using this?
Are speaker and headphones supposed to be separate outputs? (can create interference if yes)
How much hiding are you trying to do/why? (lapel mic can potentially still be seen in many video calls)
What's your budget? (cheap and functional, or something regular usage, so slightly nicer?)
You could do a bluetooth speaker/mic conference call unit that is designed for phone and video calls. Some can clip on the sun shade in a vehicle, but can be placed outside the view of a video call. Others are just a unit you place somewhere within range, but outside of the view of the video call. The use of these units are kinda meh outside of a phone or video call though.
You could do bluetooth headset or ear buds (one side or two side options) that don't have a stick pointing at your face, but the earbud(s) might be visible in calls. It's not as large as a headphone. These units are much more usable on a regular basis for music and other stuff. There's also the option for open vs closed (ie: if you need to be aware of your surroundings and sound).
You could do a bluetooth lapel mic, but many will be about as visible as the bluetooth earbuds. Again, not really as useful on a regular basis other than specific phone calls or video calls. Most usage of these are moreso if someone is doing a separate higher quality recording for to replace the default sound recording on a phone or something.
If you're truly leaning towards the bluetooth lapel mic route that is visible anyways, I feel like a boomerang neckband speaker is worth considering. It's basically a cross between the conference call unit and lapel mic.
Most of these would be controlled via tactile buttons on the units and buttons within app. No app interface.
I've used all of these at different points in time. I personally would be leaning towards the neck band or ear buds for phone/video calls. We see people with the airpods in their ear for news interviews all the time, so something slightly visible is OK.
