Yegor is going to surprise more people than anyone else on the team this year. Been a huge fan of his since his rookie year in NJ. Great player.

I'm very anxious to see what this guy can do with the right opportunity.

Now he's wearing my favorite number. Insta-fan.

I agree, already one of the better players from his draft class. Easily a first rounder in a re-draft. Currently sits 5th in terms of points by forwards from that draft. Probably has a good chance to land in 3rd by the end of the year as he trails Kotkaniemi and Farabee 28 and 26 points, who currently sit 3rd and 4th.

I really really hope so!
Seems like he should get a significant bump in play time here over last year in New Jersey.
I hope he does enough early so that he's not relegated to the 3-4th line.

Hopefully you're not the one who is surprised!

...unless you're surprised in the same way as everyone else.

Watched video, I like his style, nothing flashy just has a nose for the net and very quick release.

Yup, me too. I have no choice but to cheer for any #17 on Calgary. Might be a good jersey buy now that I think of it.

He is good at finding open ice and then can take a pass and get a quick shot off - a perfect winger for Huberdeau. Now find them someone who can enter the zone, and also forecheck, and you could have a killer line.

I was shocked to see Tom Kostopoulous played over 100 games for Calgary.
