High River's Show N Shine is back for a 20th year

The High River annual Show N Shine, renamed the Brian Chipchase Sr. Memorial last year, is back again this year on Sunday, Sept. 24.
As it's essentially the last big car show of the season the annual event attracts thousands of visitors to the town throughout the weekend benefitting local businesses and showcasing the town.

Tracy Cuff with River City Classics car club says they're doing something new this year to help with parking.
"We're going to have a free shuttle this year as well. So, it'll be on the east side of the Co-op grocery store. If you park there, we will have a shuttle donated to us from Aspen Crossing going from the Co-op grocery store to downtown and then back
The Burnout is on against this year

Roger Hamel, also with River City Classics, is stoked about the 'burnout' coming back on the Saturday night.
"We're running the burnout again Saturday. It's going from about 5 till 7:30 p.m. on Centre Street and it's great to see what these vehicles can do. We do it in a very organized fashion, but it's a lot of fun and we're moving a little bit north. We're starting at 7th Avenue and going to 3rd Avenue (SW)."
