It is game seven and with the Devils-Hurricanes series over (Sportsnet was going to have the CBC show the rest of that series), there is no excuse.

The excuse is they dont want to show it on their network?
You wanna watch it, pay for the channel thats carrying it. There is no excuse (apart from being cheap)

Hoping for Seattle. I really like how they have built their team. Huge defense, and fast mobile skaters. I also think it would be cool to see both recent expansion teams in the WCF, although I know some people don't like that. I can see it with Vegas who went out and built an all-star team almost out of the gate, but Seattle is still largely a roster of castaways and recent draft picks, and they did have to suffer at least one bad season, unlike Vegas.
Benn and Seguin still bother me a little as well. I have trouble rooting for those guys. The Pavelski story is cool though.

Sportsnet has been televising all the games in the second round. Sportsnet chooses what games are also put on the CBC. The plan for the Kraken-Stars and Devils-Hurricanes series had the first two games of the western series on the CBC. Games three to seven of the eastern series were to be on the CBC too. That series ended in game five which allows game seven to be put on the CBC. Sportsnet, unfortunately did not choose to do that which is being cheap.
