The Flames mascot is very meh (long live Scorch!), but I quite like the Oilers, Avs, Kings, Wild, Pens, and Leafs mascots.

Holy crap, these are all awesome! Except for Vancouver's. That one sucks major ass. Also, the Dallas one is a future serial killer for sure.
