Thrashers make a deal!
Georgia Jet flys to Nashville!
Atlanta GM Peterson today decided he needed two things....a new pair of cowboy boots and an upgrade on defence.
When Nashville GM Big Joe Schum called Petersons cell phone both deals were consumated!
The Thrashers sent Big defenceman Kyle McLaren to music city and received two veteran dmen. Darryl Sydor and Jamie Allison will be coming back with the GM on the Thrashers private Lear jet.
 
The GM was so excited to have Sydor and Allison in his fold once again he bought both new players their own boots as well.
The new players are both excited to join the Thrashers and look forward to the stretch drive in the new year!
