Nick Ritchie is pointless in 6 of the last 8 games while playing in the top 9, both games he got points in where against the ducks. He has countless turnovers, late on the back check and basically doesn’t create anything but keeps playing over Pelletier for no reason. Sutter deserves to lose his job after terrible line up decisions for the whole season

That’s a rough third line for offense IMO. Hopefully Kadri plays better on the defensive side, otherwise that line can be a black hole.

Posters beating the Sutter drum in every thread is starting to become the norm it seems. I hate to be Kevin Lowe but how many cups has anyone here won?

Swap Ritchie with Duehr, then swap the entire 4th line for the 5th line.

He's big and has to shave twice a day. That has to count for something....

It’s the Canucks. We need speed. That whole 5th line hold for Coronato should be in the lineup.

Top-6 vs Bottom-6. Can Pelletier play that role?

Ritchie got 16 minutes last game without being on the PK, I wouldn’t call that bottom 6, that’s top 6 minutes right there.

And yes Pelletier was great on the 4th line and even better up in the line up with Huberdeau

Yes because his work has been so stellar to date this season with the team in a pathetic snails race to make the 8th playoff spot needing help from other teams. This season is a failure on a lot of levels but head coach is right up at the top.

There's definitely been some annoying lineup decisions but name a coach that wouldn't struggle when half the team are a bunch of babies that quit on you and the goalies forget how to stop pucks

When the team quits on the coach it's usually a coach problem.

Boy you are charging hard at this poster whom you don't agree with and spending far to much time focusing on what he has to say.

The only line item that really matters on the lineup chart is Markstrom’s. If he shows up we win. If he doesn’t we probably don’t.

Everyone else is filler.

That should be Sutter’s motivational speech.

If Markstorm is good we have a chance. Doesn't matter if it's Ritchie or Pelletier if Markstrom posts a .850 or under again probably.

At this point the players won't change but please change the PP units and get Ritchie off splitting up the talent makes the units even worse.

This is probably accurate.

I like Pelletier and think he has a bright future, but switching him for in for any other players probably doesn’t change the odds of winning or losing at this point.
