Default Where to buy toddler jersey in Calgary?

Hey, thinking of getting my little boy a Flames jersey, but I would like to see it in a store and pick it up if possible..

Something like that. Where would be a good place to check in town for something like that?

I agree they are probably scarce right now

I've bought them in the past at both Jersey City (don't think I saw any there this week) and the fanattic

My Sister in law gave my two year old a Flame and a "cough" Leafs Jersey for his B-day in October. Got em at Zellers. Unless you want an actual jersey for him try there.

BTW if anyone wants the Leaf jersey just buy me a habs one and we can swap. (To keep Grandpa Happy)

How old is your kid?

Go to the Teddy Bear Workshop in Chinook and pick up one of those jerseys.

I might actually buy a couple of those for my Ferrets.

I called a few places and yeah it seems they are scarce.. I never thought about it but I guess it's close to Christmas eh?

I did call one Sportcheck store and they said they had some. I even asked them to hold it and they said there's enough it shouldn't be a problem. So I drove down there during lunch and got there and they didn't have any. The guy must have thought I was asking for youth jerseys, they had a bunch of those.

I hardly even got an apology from the guy, and that only after I told him I drove half way across the city to get it. I don't think he believed that I had called to confirm stock before leaving; he kept asking me about it.

I'm convinced that customer service is dead; moving into my house and with Christmas here I've dealt with a lot of installers, trades, sales people, etc this past week, and I can only think of once or twice where I was actually satisfied with how I was treated or that what I expected was done.

Sport Chek is terrible when it comes to phoning ahead to confirm product at a store.

I have a hard time finding a pair that fits correctly whenever I have to buy shoes. One evening my wife and I went to four different Sport Cheks when I was buying shoes because we had someone at the store phone ahead to confirm that the location we were going to had the shoes I was looking for. Each of the remaining three times we got to the store in question and were told "we don't have any... who did you talk to?" Each time we explained that we had another Sport Chek phone from across the city to confirm the stock and we drove out of our way to get there. We never got a single apology, only the same spiel with confusion and "that's really wierd... I don't know who would say that we had them when we don't..."

As a result, we never shop at Sport Chek unless we know the store has what we are looking for because we saw it there ourselves in mass quantities.

LOL@photon

just saw your "status"

"The Goggles do Nothing!"

gotta love McBain

Gotta agree with the customer service thing, though some people are a little stressed due to money, overwork, etc.
