Should be an easy win for the Leafs, but strange things seem to always happen when they play the Sabres and usually with the Sabres coming out on top. Buffalo is in the middle of an 11-game losing streak!! Saw on social media that the next goal for Tavares will make him only the 5th player in NHL history to have been able to score 200 goals for multiple franchises. What Tavares has been able to accomplish with the Leafs has always been a bit understated, probably simply because it's the Leafs and haters love to hate.

Leafs make it 1-0 early. Matt Murray is in net for the Leafs. Could be a doozy!
And it's tied 1-1!
Edit: No goal for Buffalo, get a 4 minute high-sticking penalty as well. Also, boy do I miss Chris Tanev.

This is Rempe's fourth ejection of his 22-game NHL career.
Really should give him a long suspension to see if he smartens up.
Then if he doesn’t kick him out.

The referees must be having rum and egg ngg during the intermissions. Bad calls as the Avalanche lead 2-1 after forty minutes. .
