The retro Southeast division rival game had the Hurricanes blow out the Lightning 6-0. Teravainen with the hat trick. Gostisbehere gets three points and both Necas and Kotkaniemi each had three assists.The Lightning had fourteen shots in total. The Lightning took penalties and it was costly as the Hurricanes scored four power play goals.

The Coyotes were down 4-2 heading into the third period. They came back to tie it, 4-4 going into overtime.

MacKinnon scored, 1-0 Avalanche after twenty minutes.

The Kraken tied it up, but it was short lived. The Avalanche scored just under two minutes later, 2-1 after forty minutes. The Avalanche got called for two minor penalties at the end of the second period. The Kraken
have a two man advantage to start the third period. Rantanen and Johnson are in the penalty box.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Tampa begin to decline starting next season when Point's cap hit jumps to where it should be, and their shortage of futures begins to take its toll.

I do not know. It is very strange to see the Lightning struggle like this.

The same question can be asked about the Kraken as the team just completed a four game road trip with four victories! That is two road trips with all wins. What kind of crack is being supplied?

The OOT wasn't kind to the Flames.

The ugly result had Kraken winning in OT which means it was a 3 point game. The Avs had the lead and then Tanev tied it with 2:30 left in reg time. Gourde scored the GWG in OT. The Avs PK was excellent, it was 5/5 including a 2 minute 5 on 3 for the Kraken.

The bad result was the Knights nearly blew a 4-1 lead in the 3rd period, but, unfortunately hung on for the win. Quick was in net for the Knights. Barbashev with 2 goals.

The Coyotes played much better as they gave the Devils a run for their money. Meier scored his first goal as a Devil and it was a nice one. Boqvist scored twice for the Devils. Ingram was in net for the Coyotes and faced 40 shots.

Andersen only had to make 14 saves for the SHUTOUT as the Hurricanes literally blew the Lightning out of the rink.

The Red Wings have lost 6 straight games, just 1 point in that stretch. The Flyers Deslauriers scored a SHG.
